Jake Laban has spent more than two decades building at the intersection of medical aesthetics, marketing, finance, and operations. A former U.S. Head of Aesthetic Portfolio Marketing at Allergan, Jake brings an operator’s discipline and a marketer’s curiosity to every conversation.

As President and Board Chair of SBL Aesthetics, Jake has helped grow Skin by Lovely into a nationally respected multi-location practice and one of the industry’s earliest employee-owned medical-aesthetics companies. He believes people do their best work when they are trusted to think and lead like owners.

Tod Reed spent 37 years helping build Allergan Aesthetics, finishing his corporate career as Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and Sales Training. He has led thousands of people, developed generations of commercial leaders, and helped bring some of the industry’s most consequential products and programs to market.

Tod’s leadership style is direct, practical, and deeply human. Through TWR Aesthetic Consulting, he advises leadership teams across medical aesthetics, bringing a customer-first, people-first perspective shaped by decades of building teams and culture.

Ashley Nicole Miller is the Executive Producer of Injecting Leadership. She leads the show’s strategy, production, guest development, platform growth, and brand across audio, video, web, and social media.
